Steamed Mussels

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425ºF with Dutch oven inside.
- Step 2: Melt butter in Dutch oven, stir in shallots and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Step 3: Add seafood stock, wine, mussels, Colden’s Freakin' Greek Rub and toss together. Cover with lid and cook until all the mussels have opened. About 6 to 10 minutes. If any mussels do not open, discard them.
- Step 4: Stir in the cream and parsley and allow broth to thicken. Taste and then adjust seasoning to taste.
- Step 5: Slice baguette into medallions and toast in recteq.
- Step 6: Serve with toasty bread and lemon wedges.
