Grilled Garlic Shrimp Scampi

Who doesn't like a delectable shrimp scampi to share with family and friends? Either make it for a perfect date night appetizer, or double up on it and share over a bed of your favorite pasta.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 500°F.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the shrimp, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, and cornstarch. Mix well and allow the shrimp to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the butter to the cast iron skillet, then add the shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Flip the shrimp over and add the garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 5: Add the white wine and parsley; allow the mixture to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 6: Top the shrimp with a light dusting of bread crumbs and allow them to toast for 2-3 minutes.

- 1/4 cup(s) Butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic
- 1/2 cup(s) White Wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) Parsley
- 2 tablespoon(s) Bread Crumbs
