Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq mesquite pellets, preheat SmokeStone to Medium Hi heat.
- Step 2: Season potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons Ben's Heffer Dust and add to SmokeStone. Move to the right of the griddle and cook for 10 minutes, turning periodically.
- Step 3: Add bacon to middle of SmokeStone and cook 2-3 minutes, turning periodically.
- Step 4: Add remaining oil, garlic, and onions to the right of SmokeStone and cook 2-3 minutes. Add sausage, zucchini, mushrooms, and bell peppers on top of the onions and garlic.
- Step 5: Toss and cook for 10 minutes. Once bacon cooks, toss everything together, add dressing, and season with remaining Ben's Heffer Dust.
- Step 6: Remove from SmokeStone and let rest 5 minutes before plating.
