Smoked Sweet Potato, Sausage, & Kale Soup

Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your RT-B380X to 450°F and place your Matador pan on top of your RT-B380X.
- Step 2: Once pan is hot, remove lid and add sausage. Move around with a spatula so the sausage doesn't burn. Replace lid and let cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Step 3: Add onions and peppers. Start to stir onions, peppers and sausage around so they don't burn, then place the lid back on top.
- Step 4: After 3 minutes, remove lid and add garlic paste. Mix well. Then add the chicken stock. Replace the lid, turn the temp up to 500°F and bring to a simmer.
- Step 5: Add sweet potatoes, cumin, cinnamon, red pepper flakes and garbanzo beans. Mix well and replace the lid.
- Step 6: Let simmer for an hour or until sweet potatoes are soft. Once potatoes are soft, add kale and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from RT-B380X and serve.
