Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 225℉.
- Step 2: Combine molasses and mustard and coat the Boston butt.
- Step 3: Shake on rubs.
- Step 4: Cook at 225℉ for 7-8 hours until the meat reaches 165℉, then wrap tightly in 2 layers of foil.
- Step 5: Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 195℉.
- Step 6: Remove from grill, and let rest for 2 hours.
- Step 7: Pull the pork.
