Don't be afraid of this BBQ classic. Simply follow the steps and you'll be feeding a crowd in no time. Monitor your cook overnight from the comfort of your recliner with the recteq app.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 225℉.
  • Step 2: Combine molasses and mustard and coat the Boston butt.
  • Step 3: Shake on rubs.
  • Step 4: Cook at 225℉ for 7-8 hours until the meat reaches 165℉, then wrap tightly in 2 layers of foil.
  • Step 5: Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 195℉.
  • Step 6: Remove from grill, and let rest for 2 hours.
  • Step 7: Pull the pork.

  • 1/2 cup(s) Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub
