Apple Cake with Caramel Glaze

There's nothing more delicious than fresh baked Apple Cake, but when it's cooked on the recteq and topped with Caramel Glaze, it's better than ever.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the recteq to 350°F.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugar with a whisk until fluffy. Add the oil and mix well.
- Step 3: In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Step 4: Add the vanilla extract, apples, and pecans to the cake batter. The mixture will be very dense but do not add any additional liquid.
- Step 5: Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and add the cake mixture to the pan.
- Step 6: Cook for about 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Flip the cake out on a large plate.
- Step 7: To prepare the glaze, add all ingredients to a small sauce pan, bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 8: Poke a few holes in the cake and slowly pour glaze over the top.
