    The smoky taste of Jameson Irish Whiskey paired with the zest of lemon and the smoothness of honey; this recipe is delicious. If you happen to have leftovers, they make for a great salad.

    Instructions

    • Step 1: Combine all seasonings and liquids well in a small mixing bowl.
    • Step 2: Pour the marinade over the salmon and allow to rest 2-4 hours in the fridge.
    • Step 3: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
    • Step 4: Place the side of salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
    • Step 5: Cook for 20-25 minutes until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 130°F.
    • Step 6: Allow fish to rest 5 minutes before cutting into portions.

    • 1/2 each Lemon, zested
    • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
