  • 1/2 pound(s) Large Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 each Chili Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup(s) Onion, diced medium
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Thyme
  • 1/2 cup(s) Canned Tomatoes

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 500ºF.
  • Step 2: Add olive oil to a large pot and place it on the grill.
  • Step 3: Add okra and onions, and cook until onions become translucent.
  • Step 4: Add shrimp, garlic, chili pepper, ginger, salt, and pepper, then saute for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5: Add tomatoes, parsley, and thyme, then cook for about 30 minutes, checking halfway through.
