Cheddar Jalapeño Wings

Instructions

  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat recteq to 400ºF.
  • Step 2: Separate wings into flats and drumettes, discarding wing tips.
  • Step 3: Season wings evenly with 2 tablespoons of Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub.
  • Step 4: Place on Mesh Cooking Mat, and cook for 1 hour or until the wings are an internal temperature of 185ºF.
  • Step 5: While wings are cooking add jalapeños to the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning mid way. Remove and let cool.
  • Step 6: Cut tops of peppers off, remove seeds and discard. Chop finely.
  • Step 7: In a large bowl combine jalapeños, butter, nacho cheese, Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce, and 1 tablespoon Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub and mix well. Add wings and toss evenly.
  • Step 8: Plate and garnish with cheddar cheese.

  • 1/4 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
