The recteq Pork Injection is the secret to making this Smoked Pork Loin exceptionally flavorful and tender.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Mix recteq Pork Injection and water until injection is fully dissolved. Inject pork loin, being sure to inject front to back. Season with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and allow pork to rest for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2: Preheat recteq to 325°F. Place pork inside recteq and cook for 70-80 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 145°F. Using recteq Heat Resistant Gloves and recteq Nitrile Gloves to remove from recteq.
  • Step 3: Allow to rest to 10 - 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
