Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crust and mix well. Add the crust to the bottom of a spring form baking pan and firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides to create a 1/4 inch crust.
- Step 3: Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until well incorporated.
