This smoky brisket crunchwrap layers tender BBQ brisket, melty cheese, fresh toppings, and a crispy crunch inside a golden grilled tortilla.
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat chopped brisket on the griddle, lightly toss with BBQ sauce, and a pinch of rub to season it.
- Step 2: Build the Crunchwrap in this order: start with a flat tortilla: Add Queso (center base), then Brisket, Shredded Cheese, Crunch Layer (tostada or chips), Sour Cream, Lettuce & Tomato. Top with a small tortilla piece (this helps seal it).
- Step 3: Fold It Tightly. Fold edges inward in a circular motion. Keep it tight so nothing leaks out.
- Step 4: Grill to Crispy Perfection. Place seam-side down on griddle and Cook 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Press lightly with spatula for that perfect crust.
