Looking for a healthy and quick fish recipe? This simple Whole Grilled Red Snapper with lemon and herbs is the perfect recipe for your wood pellet grill.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
  • Step 2: Trim fish to remove gills, fins, and scales.
  • Step 3: Cut open fish cavity to add lemons and herbs.
  • Step 4: Cut three slits across skin and flesh of the fish to cook evenly.
  • Step 5: Season with Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and olive oil.
  • Step 6: Cook the fish at 425°F for 8-10 minutes. (This will be longer if the fish is larger in size)
