Looking for a simple turkey recipe with less fuss? This Savory Roasted Turkey Breast is the perfect alternative to roasting an entire turkey!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F.
  • Step 2: Trim excess fat off the turkey breast and pull the skin back away from the breast. Season the breast with the olive oil, Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, and fresh herbs. Pull skin back over the top and season the top as well.
  • Step 3: Add the turkey breast to the recteq and cook for about 75 minutes until the breast reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  • Step 4: Allow the turkey to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
