Ingredients:
- 8 oz Butter
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 12 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Flour, all purpose
- 2 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 6 Eggs, whole
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Additional Items:
- 4 oz Baking Ramekins
- Stainless bowl
Instructions:
- Preheat recteq to 400℉.
- Using the butter wrappers, rub the inside of the ramekins, then sprinkle 1/2 tsp sugar into each ramekin. Roll the sugar around to evenly coat the sides of the ramekins
- Add the chopped chocolate to a stainless bowl, add to the recteq for 3-4 minutes until melted.
- To the melted chocolate, whisk in the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
- Fill each ramekin 2/3rds full, bake on the recteq for 15-20 minutes until the cake has risen and the top is firm.
Serving Suggestions: You're certainly going to need a spoon, but top it off with a dusting of powdered sugar, whipped cream, and some berries for added flair, or cool it down with a decadent vanilla ice cream.
