Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup milk, warm
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 c soft butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ray's Warm Apple Pie
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp of the sugar.
- In a mixing bowl combine the soft butter and remaining sugar, eggs, flour, and salt.
- Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated and the mixtures comes clean off the bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size in a warm part of the kitchen, about 1 hour.
- On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough until a rectangular shape.
- Smear with the 2nd listed butter evenly across.
- Combine the brown sugar, Ray's Warm Apple Pie and cinnamon and then evenly top across the butter.
- Roll the dough into an even log, and cut 2 inches thick pieces.
- Add to a greased baking dish and allow the cinnamon rolls to double in size.
- Bake in the recteq® at 400 degrees until golden brown and delicious about 30 minutes.
