Cinnamon Rolls


  • 2 ¼ tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup milk, warm
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c soft butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup soft butter
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Ray's Warm Apple Pie


  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp of the sugar.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the soft butter and remaining sugar, eggs, flour, and salt.
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated and the mixtures comes clean off the bowl.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size in a warm part of the kitchen, about 1 hour.
  5. On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough until a rectangular shape.
  6. Smear with the 2nd listed butter evenly across.
  7. Combine the brown sugar, Ray's Warm Apple Pie and cinnamon and then evenly top across the butter.
  8. Roll the dough into an even log, and cut 2 inches thick pieces.
  9. Add to a greased baking dish and allow the cinnamon rolls to double in size.
  10. Bake in the recteq® at 400 degrees until golden brown and delicious about 30 minutes.
