Here's a simple and delicious appetizer that will appeal to guests of all ages.
Instructions
- Step 1: Using the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat recteq to 350°F. In the bowl of the electric stand mixer, add cream cheese, 1/2 of mozzarella, Velveeta, Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, and mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into cast iron skillet. Top cream cheese mixture with pizza sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of sauce, then add the pepperoni.
- Step 3: Place the cast iron skillet into recteq and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is browning.
- Step 4: Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
