Instructions
- Step 1: Form the Steaks bymixing ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and Ben’s Heffer Dust.Form into oval patties (loose, don’t overwork).
- Step 2: Preheat to 400°F.Sear patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned.Remove and set aside. While the patties book, add an aluminum chef pan to the griddle to warm up.
- Step 3: Add butter and sliced onions.Cook 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.Scrape up browned bits.
- Step 4: Add cream of mushroom soup, Heinz mushroom gravy, and beef broth to the aluminum pan. Stir until smooth and remove once it begins to simmer.
