Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, Turn your X-Fire Pro To "GRILL" mode and turn the temp knobs to Medium.
- Step 2: Using your chef knife, score the outside of your hot dogs. Place on X-Fire Pro and cook until hot dogs are charred well.
- Step 3: Place buns on X-Fire Pro and toast for a couple minutes. Remove hot dogs and buns. Place hot dogs in the toasted buns and line them up end to end. Make sure the are no gaps or openings between buns.
- Step 4: Top with ketchup, mustard, chilies, pico, and pickles.
