Staq Rotisserie Kit
Put a new spin on your Staq Vertical Smoker. Unlock even more versatility with the Staq Rotisserie Kit. Designed to bring classic rotisserie cooking to the Staq 1900S, it keeps food rotating throughout the cook so rendered fat continually rolls over the surface for a natural self-basting effect. The result is a whole new way to smoke poultry, prime rib, pork loin, turkey, lamb, and more. We designed the Rotisserie Kit with convenience and accessibility as our highest priority. We didn’t just want the Rotisserie Kit to work well and create delicious results, we wanted it to install flawlessly and quickly, with no extra steps or pieces. It snaps in and is ready to go in seconds. Even better, when you’re cooking for a crowd, the Staq can accommodate two rotisseries at once, so that you can cook up to four chickens at the same time. Two electrical outlets on the back of the hopper help keep power connections convenient and cords out of the way. The results are convenient, effective, and flavorful. More rotation. More smoke. More ways to cook with your Staq.
