The RT-B380 Bullseye is a direct-flame, kettle-style grill. It blurs the line between traditional charcoal grilling and modern pellet smoking, allowing you to enjoy all the features of a pellet grill and smoker without sacrificing the benefits of direct-flame grilling.

There is no grease management because of the high heat capability. You can apply a drip tray under the grate if you’re concerned, or simply crank up the heat after cooking to burn off excess. The high heat won’t harm this grill.
Absolutely! Try using a drip pan on top of the deflector to help catch grease from a long cook, making cleanup much easier.
