We love dry rub ribs! Since my wife does not like a lot of heat, I did a lighter coating of the Honey rib rub. I brushed the ribs with olive oil and set on 275. After 1st hour, I spritzed every 30 min with 50/50 apple juice and apple cider vinegar. After 3.5 hours, turned meat-side down for 15 min to bark and flipped back for 30 final min. Total cook time was 4 hours.
