Most of the recipes sound delicious, and the spices should be available in larger quantities all the time.

My husband loved his stocking stuffers! The seasonings are already being used and soaking in some chicken now! They are unique names with great combination mixes for all our meats/veggies. The recipe book is fabulous! The layout is luring you in to make so many foods. Starting with that pic of spinach & artichoke dip in a cast iron skillet- wow! Below that- Thor’s Hammer - beef shank looks so delicious- we will make every single thing- eventually!! Loved the 12 Rays of Christmas also. Though we were not winners - it was a-lot of fun each day counting down to Christmas Day - seeing the cool gifts and winners names. My hubbie main smoker/griller but I am a newbie smoker. Love trying new foods/techniques/tools! Thanks Recteq for great products, excellent seasoning and we love our Bullseye pellet smoker/grill!
