Smoked Fudge


  • 3c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14oz (1 can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2tbsp Butter
  • 1c Chopped Pecans
  • 2tsp Ray’s Warm Apple Pie Rub


  1. Set grill to 350 degrees and let come up to temp.
  2. Line an 8 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, leave some overhang for easy removal.
  3. Add chocolate chips, milk, butter and Ray’s Warm Apple Pie Rub to a large saucepan and place on grill. Stir occasionally until chocolate chips are fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and scoop the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread around into one even layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully chilled and the fudge is firm. Remove from the pan using the overhang. Slice fudge into pieces and enjoy.
