Reverse Seared London Broil
- 3lb. London broil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ben's Heffer Dust
- Preheat recteq to 225℉.
- Season London broil with olive oil, vinegar, and Ben's Heffer Dust, and marinate for 6-24 hours.
- Cook at 225℉ until an internal of 125℉.
- Remove from the grill and increase temp. to full with a sear kit.
- Sear steak on all sides until an internal of 135℉.
- Let rest and slice thinly across the grain.
