Primanti Brothers Style Sandwich

With this delicious recipe, Chef Greg has taken the Primanti Brothers' classic sandwich and "recteq-ifed it" for a delicious, smoky version you'll be grilling again and again.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the SmokeStone to 450ºF.
- Step 2: Add the oil and French Fries, cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Once crispy, season with the Ben's Heffer Dust and Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub. Allow to cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the shredded slaw with the vinegar and Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, mix well and reserve in the fridge until it's time to build the sandwich.
- Step 4: Add the Hot Cappy and Ham to the SmokeStone and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly crisp. Then flip and top with provolone cheese.
- Step 5: To build the sandwich, add a piece of Italian bread to a plate, add the Hot Cappy/Ham mixture, and top with the slaw, sliced tomato, crispy fries, and the other piece of Italian bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
