Instructions
- Step 1: Brown sausage in Dutch oven over medium heat. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Step 2: Stir in dry pasta, marinara, water, Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, salt, and pepper. Ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
- Step 3: Cover and cook at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Step 4: Remove lid. Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Cook uncovered 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Step 5: Rest 10 minutes before serving to allow sauce to thicken.
