Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat recteq to full with a sear kit.
  • Rub outside of pork chop with olive oil. .
  • Rub outside of pork chop with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub to taste.
  • Sear pork chops 6 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 140℉.
  • Allow the chops to rest 8-10 minutes prior to serving.
