Arnie “ArnieTex” Segovia is a barbecue lover from Texas. A former barbecue competitor, he was one of the first inductees into the International Barbeque Cookers Association Hall of Fame—a spot he earned after hundreds of wins (and walks) on the cook-off trail and for his contributions to the sport in Texas. On social media he shares his love of barbecue, carne asada, comida casera, and family recipes with his worldwide audience of millions of followers and subscribers. In 2025 he released his first cookbook ArnieTex: Over 100 Recipes for Mexican-American Cooking & Texas Style BBQ which landed on The New York Times Best Seller list.
