I was somewhat disappointed with issues with my Rectec., but I have been very impressed with customer service. Every time I have had an issue, the response and parts provided have been excellent. I would still recommend this grill.

took 3 min to diagnose problem i was describing and new probe/cable was in mail with email notification to me in 5 min. received item in 3 days and installed in 15 minutes. the only problem is the tolerances are so small it's a little difficult to hold the little nuts and bolts, but the quality is great. thanks to RecTec, always accommodating and helpful. love my 680.

Installation - pretty easy

Jeff Sawin -

Hardest step was fishing the new wires into the controller box. Think white grease, butter, etc.
