Kettle Creek Creamery Grilled Peaches & Cream French Toast

For breakfast or even for dessert, you can't go wrong with our Grilled Peaches & Cream French Toast, created together with Kettle Creek Creamery.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat you SmokeStone to MED HI.
- Step 2: Place peaches on SmokeStone and toss together. Add honey and syrup; toss together until well combined.
- Step 3: Add ice cream to other side of SmokeStone, as ice cream melts add sliced brioche to the top. Allow brioche to soak up ice cream, flip and repeat.
- Step 4: Add butter to SmokeStone and flip brioche onto melted butter. Let Brioche toast, flip and repeat. When both side are golden brown remove from SmokeStone.
- Step 5: Plate French Toast and top with peaches and whipped cream. Serve hot.
