Berries & Banana Stuffed French Toast

This stuffed berry & banana French toast combines rich cream cheese, sweet berries, and cinnamon-kissed French toast for a decadent breakfast with a subtle wood-fired touch.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets preheat your recteq to MED HI.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Add berries to mixture and mix until well combined. Set aside.
- Step 3: In another mixing bowl add whole eggs, egg yolk, cream, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Whisk well.
- Step 4: Add butter to SmokeStone and spread butter around evenly. Add bread to egg mixture (don't fully submerge bread), just give a light dunk on both sides. Then place on SmokeStone. Repeat process until all bread is on SmokeStone. Cook until golden brown, for about 4-5 minutes.
- Step 5: Starting with the first piece of bread you placed on the SmokeStone, start to flip each piece. Toast for about 4-5 minutes, then remove from SmokeStone.
- Step 6: Add cream cheese mixture to one side of 4 pieces of French toast then top with the other pieces of toast. Top French toast with powder sugar and maple syrup
