These bite-sized pretzel dogs are loaded with smoky goodness, tangy sauerkraut, and rich beer cheese for the ultimate game-day snack.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the recteq SmokeStone to 400ºF.
- Step 2: In a cast iron skillet, heat up the sauerkraut and beer cheese.
- Step 3: Add the lil smokies to the SmokeStone and cook for 5 minutes until slightly browned and heated through.
- Step 4: Slice the pretzel bites across the top. Add the mustard to the bun, add a lil smokie, and top with sauerkraut. You can either dip the dog into the beer cheese, or add to the top!
