I have had the 340 for several years and I love it, but moving up to the RT-700 is a game changer. I can now cook bigger and better meals on our new Recteq. I am super excited to be cooking on the RT-700!!

I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase. It's built like a tank, had literally nothing wrong with it besides some minor scratches. I normally cook brisket on a charcoal/stick burner. I recently made a brisket for my friends, and they swore it came off one of my other smokers. I definitely recommend the RecTeq line. This thing produces! Check out the results!

The first this is the look…Bull Horn handles is an unmistakable trademark! This unit looks phenomenal and has a heavy duty feel ready to take on many years of smoking. The temperature control system is incredibly simple & amazingly accurate. The probes are spot on as I checked them against another thermometer I have. The hopper bin is built for long haul cooking, you don’t have to worry about running out with an all-night cook. The stainless steel grates are sturdy and easy to clean. The drip tray is huge & not the least bit flimsy. How bout a cast iron pot cover?! And if all that wasn’t enough, you can flip on a chamber light to check what’s cooking when it’s dark out! The best part is when folks see the RT-700, they know you’re serious about cooking! The wow-factor comments reaffirm that Recteq is on a level all to itself!

Excellent pellet smoker. Use to have a Green Egg and a Traeger. This is by far better than either one of those. Wish I had listened to my friends earlier.
