I purchased the RT-1250 lightly used at the scratch and dent sale a little over five weeks ago. As soon as I got it home, I used Bar Keeper's Friend to restore it to an almost new looking condition. Ever since, I have prepared one major cook for my family each week. The RecTeq performed substantially better than my old Traeger ever did in its prime, with a faster pre-heat time and fewer hot spots. And of course, the food came out perfect every time. Thank you RecTeq for an excellent product at a great price!

Great grill! Love the heavy duty quality, competition cart and convenience of cooking with pellets. Service was excellent while shopping the S&D sale. The gentleman guided me to the RT-1250! It's a perfect size for my needs!

I love my 1250 that I got from the S&D sale. It works great and I got it for half the cost. It was never used but must have been dropped because barrel was bent to one side. Doesn’t effect how it works at all that I can tell

Smoker auger motor went out immediately. Recteq’s answer…No problem, stopped by the store and handed me a brand new one, installed (easy) Smokin!!! Living up to their reputation. Excellent job ever since. About to do my 10th cook and keeps getting better and better!

I had been seriously contemplating a Recteq purchase, and made the comment to my wife "next time they have a good sale, I'm going to buy one." The next day, I see a post about their upcoming "Scratch and Dent" sale. So, we loaded up and headed to Evans. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I absolutely love my RT-1250! I feel like it has opened up so many possibilities for what I'm able to cook now. If you're able, I would HIGHLY recommend going to one of these sales.
