I recently purchased the recteq 1250 bundle and it has been a life-changer! I have always enjoyed the end product of other folks' smoking efforts but never owned a pellet grill. I smoked meat on a couple of occasions the old fashioned charcoal way . . . what a pain. The recteq instructions walked me thru the smoking process and I ended up with outstanding results with my first cook! Looking forward to years of great cooking with my recteq!

It took me a long time to convert from a charcoal Weber smoker to pellet but I’m happy I did. I looked at all of the brands and found Recteq on the advice of a friend who owns one. I was definitely impressed by the build quality compared to everything else on the market. The warranty was better than any other manufacturer I saw in the price range. I’ve done three cooks(thighs to season it, sausages and finally reverse seared ribeyes) since I assembled it and all have been nothing less than perfect. I recommend getting the bundle like I did. The rubs and pellets are top notch.

I have cooked a couple of butts and ribs the ease of cooking and the bark compared to other pellet grill I had is night and day. Can’t wait to try brisket
