Extremely easy to use, everything I’ve cooked has been on point. Root mode is the game changer. Reverse seared a cowboy ribeye and finished in riot mode! Wish I would have found Recteq years ago.

This is my second bullseye, still using my first one at the lake. They both cook really evenly and I especially like that it heats up quick and gets hot enough to put a really good sear on the meat. Great for a quick meal at night during the week but also controllable enough to do Boston butt or other long, slow cooks.

Smoked 10 Ribeyes over the weekend for a family party and everyone loved them. We used Recteq Hefer Dust which was perfect! Hopefully I'll be able yo get the sear kit soon to try out. We also have the Pizza stone and love it.

My bullseye is back at rectec for repair. The ignitor switch went out in less than a month. They're repairing it now. Up let you know after I've had it back awhile.
