Our founders, Ray and Ron, built the company on a foundation of incredible, “old school” customer service, and we are constantly seeking new ways to improve our relationship with every customer, new and old. Heck, you even get the personal cell phone numbers of Ray, Ron, and Ben (our VP of Product). Our consistent efforts to go above and beyond for our customers prove that we mean what we say: when you get a recteq wood pellet grill, you become a part of the #recteqfamily!
