Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub

Did a spatchcocked chicken in the smoker. First mayonnaise, then the rub. Delicious and good bite to the skin.

I have put this seasoning on chicken and pork when doing Asian theme meals and all the flavors came shining through. My favorite was teriyaki chicken dip I made. Basically buffalo dip with teriyaki instead. Cooked the chicken on the recctec seasoned with the Asian persuasion then made the dip from the chicken. Was gone fast!!

Subtle sweetness that compliments the ginger and balances the slight heat in this rub, a great rub to brighten anything going on the grill, generously added to vegetables to grill or stir fry is a hit at our house.

my wife put it on some chicken tenders and then we glazed them with some homemade sauce and it was a winner!

Since getting this rub I use it on all my poultry and it's a huge hit. Family told me not to run out of this.

We wanted to grill wings for the Super Bowl and bought this to try out. Has a great flavor profile and we enjoyed our wings very much. I’d recommend it for poultry. Like the sweet from the honey and the ginger notes.
