With the launch of our brand-new location in Lehi, Utah, it’s time to showcase what recteq is really all about: behind our incredible products, we work hard to serve up legendary customer support time after time.


Our founders, Ray and Ron, built the company on a foundation of incredible, “old school” customer service, and we are constantly seeking new ways to improve our relationship with every customer, new and old. Heck, you even get the personal cell phone numbers of Ray, Ron, and Ben (our VP of Product). Our consistent efforts to go above and beyond for our customers prove that we mean what we say: when you get a recteq wood pellet grill, you become a part of the #recteqfamily! Customers continue to rave about our staff’s enthusiasm, energy, and genuine kindness when it comes to problem-solving. Bottom line: we are going to do what it takes to make sure your experience with our products is amazing.
