Still learning

Pleased with the product, but I have a lot to learn. The temperature probes take out the guesswork. So far everything I’ve grilled have been delicious & properly cooked. Now it’s time to try smoking some ribs. Keep sending out recipes for me to try.

340 First cook: Armadillo eggs followed by brussell sprouts.

340 worked great at my work outing. First cook were armadillo eggs. Then started making the brussel sprouts at 400 and while those were smoking a grease fire started in the smoker. So mental note probably don't cook at a high temperature after something that was very greasy. Things you learn but it really did a nice job that day. I have the 380 Bullseye I use at home, however now I could use both of them at the same time.
