I made a mistake putting my new smoker together, and they gave me a new hardware pack on the spot at the Lehi store.

I got an older Bullseye grill from a friend and it needed some TLC (plastic wheels, nuts, washers, etc). I went to Recteq in Evans Georgia and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I left there with the exact parts I needed and am very pleased with their service after the sell. I wouldn’t have any other type of grill.

The weld on the upper lid hinge broke. Called the Rec Teq store to get a replacement hinge. They set me up with a replacement hinge and new hardware too. I replaced the hinge by myself. You can do it, but an extra pair of hands would have been so much easier.
