Country Fried Steak Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 4lbs. cubed beef steak
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 4 tbsp Casanova's Competition Rub
- 1 tbsp coarse black pepper
Seasoned Dredge:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Ben's Heffer Dust
- 1 tbsp coarse black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, hot sauce, and seasoning, then mix well.
- Add the cubed steak and marinate for 2-4 hours.
- In the Matador, pre-heat the oil to 350<℉.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dredge and mix well.
- Add the steak nuggets to the dredge, shaking off any excess.
- Add to the hot oil and fry for approximately 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
