Love this stuff. I've tried it on chicken, on beef. I've even put it on pickles.
Nice replacement for Jamie's Gourmet Greek
Steve Dunster -
I was worried when the Gourmet Greek was on sale as discontinued. I use it on chicken, pork loin, roasted potatoes and so on and so on... I bought a bottle of this before stocking up on the old stuff and I am SOOOO happy. I used it on spatchcock chicken and roasted potatoes tonight. The flavor profile is similar to the older rub, but the flavors have a slightly better pop. The potatoes are better than the Greek restaurant down the street. The new rub does not seem to have any caking in the bottle like the older one. It was easy to shake out an even layer of seasoning without banging the bottle every few shakes.

I used this seasoning on vegetables and wild turkey breast. The turkey was smoked at 225 for 30-40 minutes and then 350 until internal was 150. Removed, wrapped and let sit for 30 minutes. Meat was juicy and had great flavor compliments of the Freakin Greek Rub. Cooked on the RT mini.
